"I contacted StylishGears several times online by their posts and website plus, I sent the attached letter by U.S. Mail.
They refuse to exchange the item. They say it is "personalized"."

  • I ordered November. After I made payment the order showed March. No correction link was offered. When I ordered another one, Green HOODIE for November, after I made payment the order showed a SHIRT. I was able to cancel that order and I did receive a refund. How is the item “personalized”?

    Greetings! I trust that both of you are well. I just would like to say to both parties that I am at your disposal to continue the Mediation process. Both negotiation and mediation are usually less stressful, and often result in solutions that last. The essence of the mediation procedure lies in the construction of a satisfactory solution for the parties, which interact in the search for a cooperative solution.
