"Mr. Lee was to fix both of my ice makers in 2 Kenmore Elite Refrigerators. He has failed to do so."

  • Yes, the original contract was for one ice maker. However you took both ice makers, the ice maker( the ice maker you said that wasn't a part of your contract) was working before YOU took it. The problem was, the arm and it wouldn't stop producing ice. YOU took both ice makers and brought both back not working. The original contracted item did not work, the second machine at least produced ice. I called you for several months and you never got back to me. Lucky for me I saw you making a service call at my neighbors. Ice is expensive and I paid for it twice a week. If you would have left the second machine working while you fixed the first one, then I would have at least had ice. You are really incredible with your stories and lies. The last time you saw me you said, "Did my plumber call you"? implying that you had taken care of issue. NEVER did any plummer call me!!! If I had a customer that was upset, I would make sure my customer was called and issue was resolved. Remember, you said you would absorb all fees??? I need two new ice makers Stephen Lee. Send me a check for monies wanted or eventually you will see me in Small Claims Court which has come back to San Joaquin County as of November 1, 2013. Step up, do the RIGHT thing and do what you said you'd do. If you weren't planning on fixing second machine ,why did you take it?? your excuses make no sense. This response brings another lie to surface. You told me that the reason nothing worked was because of the water lines.
    Why would you offer a new ice maker if( according to you, my issue is the waterline) be willing to purchase an entire new ice maker??? It won't work because you said the issue was our water lines!!!! see what your lies do? They make you look foolish.I will see this thru to the end and am willing to call News Agencies too.

Message from Stephen Lee: I'm willing to pay for one ice maker, the other ice maker was not functioning before the repairs were made.
The contract work was to fix one refrigerator starting capacitor, that was not working and replace the two broken ice maker arm.
I have posted the contract online to see the work that was perform.
