Claimant's opinion: Extremely poor service and slander me calling me a liar and blowing me off and not doing your job and would not let me talk to the boss at anytime. Steven Redfern your team leader Devin Christopher has mislead me the whole time.

I am going to contact corporate and tell Trena at 309-766-6393 exactly what I am doing and she more likely tell you to take care of this problem your office has caused. I am she would advise you to settle this complaint before it goes any further
I have given all this information to state farm insurance to corporate offices and told every one I was filling against Steven Redfern and Devin Christopher at your office at 5700 S. Bay Rd. Cicero,N.Y.13039. I will take all action necessary to let everyone you can not be trusted to handle your accounts correctly.
I have filed a complaint with the department of financial services as requested by Trena at State Farm Insurance Corporate Offices and she has reopened my claim at her office against your office. This claim is posted publicly. If I do not get what I want from your office by the end of this month I will get professional help in my quest to put the word out you are not to be trusted. I have the backing of corporate and soon to have the backing professionally I would hate to see you loose the respect of your fellow agents and corporate.
I do not hold State Farm Insurance accountable for the questionable actions of there agents. Devin Christopher continually lied to me and miss led me in my calls to his office and my several visits also. The last visit was when I got totally blown off by him and the mistreatment as a person was unacceptable being called a liar. It took me a couple of months doing the research and calling Rochester and getting all the information for my new Agent to go forward they have been very helpful in trying to get this report that should have already been handled if handled correctly an responsibly by capable persons such as my new insurance agent. I should be compensated for doing Devin Christopher's Work and being humiliated and taken advantage of the anxiety I have undergone and worrying and disbelief of why I was treated very inhuman like by Devin Christopher and his associates.
Why is this complaint taking so very long? To this day I still am not allowed to be given public knowledge from the driver of the truck name of the trucking Co. and name of the insurer and all other public information that should be be given to me under the public information act. Now about Steven Redfern and Devin Christopher State Farm Insurance Agents they blatantly blew me off and lied to me and Devin Christopher called me a liar. I have my Wife and brother in-law and my son knowing I gave the officers report number and name to Christopher his his delaying tactics and willingly lying to me. I want an apology and to be compensated for what there office has done to me. I personally got all the information from the 911 services in Rochester getting the information the officers name Officer Perruccio and incident number 13133496 which we did not know. It should have been a accident report because of the amount of damage done to my vehicle by the neglect of the truck driver Alex Gerwitz. I have a incomplete report filed by officer Perruccio of the Monroe County Sheriffs Office in Rochester N.Y. no company name no insurance provider no drivers license number and the biggest one of all no tickets were issued with several Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations were violated 49 CFR 390.5, 392.9, 393.100, 393.136 sections 1+2 and 396.7 all these violations occurred when the driver himself said i do not remember if I shut the door or not. The rollback door when shut and latched correctly will not come open by itself. When I looked at the door the latch was not broken. Being A former professional Truck Driver with a Class A driver license I have personal knowledge of how the doors lock and safety latch which prevents the door from unlocking and coming open none of these were broken on the trucks rollback door. I was denied by the driver to exchange insurance and all other information at the scene of the accident. I asked the sheriff about this and if he was going to give me the information and issue tickets for the safety violations of federal motor carrier safety manual and FEDERAL DOT REGULATIONS and I was told to go sit in my vehicle and mind my own business he would handle everything. I changed insurance agent on 8/30/13 and have filed several complaints since then. To this day I am still denied all or any public knowledge of the trucking co. or there insurance provider. I am emotionally distraught ant am taking medications for the anxiety attacks because of everything that has happened to me and how it is being handled. I have done most of there work for them getting the necessary information to proceed and act on it. I feel I should be compensated for all the work I have done and all the unnecessary stress I have had to endure and still enduring it has been getting worse as it seems nothing is being done still to this day. I am very upset it is being handled so unprofessional and that I am being taken advantage of. There needs to be a lot of changes made to take care of the consumer and be handled professionally and be expedited in a reasonable amount of time. Not with all these 3rd party people they hide behind so it takes longer than it should. I want a apology and to be compensated for what I have done and most of how it has affected me emotionally and physically I am extremely stressed out because of this incidentAdd your information here
