Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Purchased a Samsung Galaxy S6 cell phone at the Sprint store in Frankfort, KY on 12/14/2015.
Have has consistent problems with this phone, it gets extremely hot when I am on the phone, it gets extremely hot when I charge my phone, my charger cord and plug gets extremely hot, have a fear it might burn my house down while charging during the night.
I have spoken with the Sprint manager at the Nicholasville Store, he advised me to sent this item to Samsung, I have called Samsung on two occasions and they are in agreement, this leaves me without any service, I am 64 years old widow and live on a limited budget, I can not afford to go out and buy another cell phone while this one is being repaired, which Samsung advised it would take up to 14 days for this process. Samsung advised the service provide should offer an alternate phone while this repair is taking place.
This service also drops calls often. I had a 30 minute conversation with a friend in Minnesota and that 3 dropped calls during the conversation."
