"mi nombre es jose manuel de la paz gonzalez mi numero de telefono es (9518670267) aproximadamente hace 6 meses un vendedor de sprint me vendio una aseguranza para mi telefono celular htc y me aclaro especificamente que cubria el dano en la pantalla sin costo... 6 meses despues el telefono se me dano presisamente de la pantalla.....
en la tienda de reparaciones de sprint me digeron que tenia que pagar un deducible de 100 dolares para el remplaso del telefono despues me comunique con el servicio al cliente de sprin en 8 ocasiones.... en 7 de las llamadas que ise me colgaron o me dejaron en espera por mas de 20 minutos fue hasta la octava que pude ablar con un supervisor del servicio al cliente (EFRAIN RODRIGUEZ) y me dijo que efectivamente que el seguro cubria la pantalla y muy prepotente mente me dijo que de cualquier modo tenia que pagar el dedusible del seguro porque el no era un tecnico y no podia evaluar el telefono........ cabe mencionar que cuando lleve el telefono celular a la tienda no lo reviso un tecnico, el representante de esprint que me atendio dijo simplemente que tenia que pagar el dedusible.
me gustaria que me repararan o remplasaran mi telefono ya que la unica razon por la que estoy pagando la aseguranza, es porque el vendedor dijo que el seguro cubria el danio en la pantalla sin costo....."
