Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Me and sim took a flight on June 25 from Atlanta georgia to Fort Lauderdale florida. I purchased tickets for the both us to board the plane. My son is four years old and I traveled with his birth certificate for proof. Upon boarding and getting seated I had to remove my son out of his seat because a young man stated the seat belonged to him. So initially I sat my son next to me in between me and the young man and put the seat belt on my son only because it could not fit around the both of us. So my entire flight was scary but being a mommy I couldn’t show fear and scare my baby. I had no seat belt on. I was so afraid and my son was not properly restrained. After a while I sat him on my lap and tried to fit us in the seat belt which I couldn’t it hurt so bad it was cutting in my side so I took it off. Laws and regulations were deliberately disregarded and broken and no accommodations offered I had to call for almost a week to get my sons ticket refunded and my ticket they didn’t even bother. This is a direct slap in the face to all consumers this airline only has one concern which is money. Not safety not satisfaction money only."

A wonderful serenity has taken possession of my entire soul, like these sweet mornings of spring which I enjoy with my whole heart.

I am (not) alone, and I feel the charm of existence in this spot, which was created for the bliss of souls like mine...~ Goethe
