Claimant says:
"I bought a 2003 Buick Park Ave on 1/21/2014. Before buying it I asked for a Car Fax on this car and was told that they would E-Mail it to me. It now is 3/31/2014 and I still have not reeceived it. I went on line and got a Car Fax on 1/30/2014. I could not belive what this car has been through. It has had the air bags deployed 3 times in 4 wrecks. If I had seen the report before I would not have bought it. I have called 2 differant numbers 5 times a day for 4 weeks and could not reach them but 1 time. Then he was supposed to call me back and never did. I am afraid to drive the car. Also I thought I was to receive a title when the car was purched, I did not until to day(3/31/2014). I had to replace the rear air shocks and leveler arm because they didn't work or missing. I tried to contact the dealer about this and could not. What I would like done is they take the car back and refund the selling price and all out of pocket expences, or I take the car to a Buick dealer and have it certified and the Specialized auto LLC pays for it pluce the price of the shocks and leveler arm.
