Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Ordered a ring in april, they took the money out of my account for both rings i ordered a total of 19.98. I emailed them after getting a confirmation of shipment in may. I explained that i have not received my rings. They told me to give them another 4-6 weeks. It is now june. I emailed them again and on june 10 they told me it had already shipped to give it 2 weeks to get to me. 2 weeks from houston to Mississippi?"

  • Hi Kipsey, apologies for the delay to respond to your claim and most importantly for the disagreement we have caused you with your purchase. We have just changed the customer support team, who's now going through the past orders.
    We would really like to solve this issue with you, and as per our records, you only order 2 free rings, what you paid for was only the shipping for these rings. Considering you say you have not received them, we would like to reship them or refund you. Please email us at specialdesignjewelry@gmail.com with a subject line "PEOPLE CLAIM", we want to handle this issue asap by refunding you or resending the item(s), what you prefer.
    Again, we sincerely apologize.
