Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"More than 15 years ago, I changed the 120 volt system of my residence to 220 volt. We have two houses: in front XXX Olive, in the back XXY Olive. After the change was they started charging separately to XXX and XXY Olive (which does have a meter because is only one house XXY-XXZ). They did not remove the 120 volts meter from XXY even when the new meter was sitting next to the 120 volts meter. SCE charged me for 120 volts service.

I retired 3 years ego. Since then I have been complaining to SCE. Not until last year they came and removed the 120 volts meter. Our bill still too high as a result of overcharging and all anyone told me is you have to pay. This month they really went high: $421.50. Oh, by the way the charge was to my sister at XXX Olive. Since last year, SCE has not been billing me at XXY Olive.

Please explain why the bill is so high this month, why I am not receiving a bill at XXY Olive (my address), and why customer service representatives are so unresponsive and rude."
