Claimant says:
"We bought a metal roof from them last year, installed. Two months after it was installed it started leaking, It was guaranteed for lifetime and 200 miles an hour wind. They came and glued it down again. Six months later the panels started coming up and leaking again.
We found out the company was using an inferior product. I have talked to Gary Oeber, the owner of the company many times, trying to resolve the matter. He has been telling me he is going to fix it and then he said he would give my money back. He has done neither. We contacted his liability insurance carrier and filed a claim. They would only give us $600.00. A drop in the bucket. We paid $15,000 for the roof and we have $2,000 in water damage to our new home. We are replacing the roof, we have to because it is leaking and our house will be ruined. We want our money back!! We are seniors, my husband is 76 and I am 72.
He is ripping us off.

  • "This roof was manufactured and installed by Blosser Stephens. Unfortunately they are no longer in business. Since the damage was done during hurricane Irene they should be able to file a claim with their insurance company."
