"IM HANDICAPPED AND CALLED A PHONE NUM FOR A CAR LISTED ON CRIAGS LIST UNDER OWNERS ONLY TO INQUIRE ABOUT A 1984 BUICK RIVIERA !! I FOUND OUT HE WAS A CAR DEALER AND FRAUDLY USED CRIAGS LIST FOR OWNERS ONLY !! WHEN I WENT TO DRIVE THE CAR I WAS TOLD BY THE OWNER DENNIS DRUMMOND THAT I WOULD BE REQUIRED TO SIGN PAPERS FOR INS. RECORDS IN CASE OF A ACCIDENT AS WELL AS GIVING HIM 1500.00 IN CASH FOR THE CAR THAT HE WANTED 6900.00 !!I GOT A RECEIPT AND DROVE THE CAR ON 12-20-16 I DROVE THE CAR 4 MILES AND WENT BACK AND TOLD HIM THE HEATER NOR TAIL LIGHTS WENT WORKING AND HE SAID HE WOULD HV IT FIXED . I WAS ALSO TRADING IN A 02 FIRE F-150 TRK. ON THE DEAL !!! I TOLD HIM TO COME AND LOOK AT TRK AND UPON THE REPAIRS BEING DONE ON THE CAR I WOULD RETURN WITH THE 1500.00 CASH !! HE TOLD ME MY MONEY WAS GONE INTO A ESCROW ACCOUNT AND I SAID YOU HAD NO TIME TO GO TO ANY BANK WITH MY MONEY !! I CALLED THE POLICE AFTER LEAVING HIS OFFICE WHILE CLOSING IT .THE FOLLOWING DAY I RETURNED WITH MY SON IN LAW AND CALLED THE POLICE TO COME AND MEET ME TO GO IN AND INQUIRE ABOUT MY CASH OF ALL 100,00 DOLLAR BILLS HOWEVER BEFORE POLICE ARRIVED THERE I SAW THE CAR PULLING OFF THE LOT WITH A TAG REGISTERED ON THE CAR DATED TILL FEB. 4 -17 ! I CALLED POLICE AND TOLD THEM HE HAD CLOSED HIS OFFICE AND LEFT ON THE CAR I WAS SUPPOSE TO BUY AND IT WAS NO SENCE FOR A OFFICER TO COME AFTER HE CLOSED AND LEFT ON THE CAR HE ASSUMED I WAS BUYING ?? HE TOOK THE CAR TO A DEALER ON HWY-501 S AND LEFT THE CAR THERE FOR SEVERAL DAYS AND STILL HE HASNT CALLED ME ABOUT THE CAR NOR CALLED TO TELL ME THE CAR WAS FIXED !!! MY SON IN LAW WAS WITH ME ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK AND THE MAN BECOME ABUSIVE AND SAID I WOULD NEED TO TALK TO THE OWNER ABOUT MY 1500.00 !! I HAVE TAKEN A WARRENTT FOR THE RETURN OF MY MONEY AND IVE LOOKED FOR THE CAR I WAS SUPPOSE TO BUY AND THE CAR HAS DISSAPPEARED AS WELL AS MY 1500.00 AND I NEVER TOOK POSSESSION OF THE CAR AT ANYTIME EXCEPT THE 4 MILE DRIVE ON IT !!! IVE CALLED SEVERAL TIMES AND NOTHING HAS BEEN MENTIONED ABOUT MY MONEY AND THE OWNER IS NEVER THERE AND THEY HAVE MY PHONE NUMBER !!! HE ALSO SOLD A 98 CORVETTE TO A MAN NAMED WADE FEAGIN AND HE GAVE HIM ALMOST 4000.00 AND THE MAN NEVER RECEIVED HIS TAGS THAT HE PAID FOR !!! HE RETURNED TO THE CAR LOT AND WAS PUT ANOTHER 45 DAY TAG FOR THE CAR AND MR FEAGIN WAS MAKING PAYMENTS TO CREDIT ACCEPANCE CO. THE FIANICE CO CALLED FOR THE LOAN TO BE PAID OFF AND THEY WENT TO MR. FEAGINS WORK PLACE AND REPOSSESED THE CAR WHEN IT WAS PAID UP IN FULL BY THE CONTRAC !!! IT APPEARS THIS MAN IS A WELL KNOWN CON ARTIST AND THE 1500.00 I PAID HIM WAS ALMOST 3 MONTHS RETIREMENT MONEY THAT I HAD SAVED ANND I HAVE NOTHING BUT A RECEIPT FOR THE MONEY !!! CAN YOU ASSIST ME IN ANYWAY ??? YOU CAN CONTACT ME AT 843-945-1157 !!! I NEED MY CAR OR MY MONEY BACK !!!"
