Claimant says:
"I took out some dental insurance with Smile Generation, had some dental work done and agreed to pay $100 per month to pay off the bill with/in 18 months so I would not be charged any interest. I sent my $100 every single month on time and would pay off the last payment with my July billing $279. I got the statement today 6/27/17 stating my bill is now $686.85 because they added a $407.85 to the $279 for past interest starting on June 13, 2017. I was under the impression that I had until the June payment was due on 7/16/17 to pay off the last payment. I don't think it's fair that they charge me the interest when I'm paying my bill off. I did not catch it on the previous statement because it was very light and small and it did not stand out and I don't read the details of every statement. Like most people, I tear off the bottom statement and send it in with my payment. They didn't bother sending me an e-mail, call, or text alerting me of the end date even though they sent me an e-mail every time I sent in a payment. I am sending in the $279 payment now before it is even due and I think they should give me a few days grace period since I've been an excellent customer, pay my bills on time, and was not aware of the exact end date from 18 months ago. I called and discussed this with a customer service rep as soon as I received my bill today and in no way was she willing to give me any grace. Should this really be the treatment they give to their good customers?"

    They should mention it in normal font. This can be fraud when they get audited. You need to send those document for audit. This can happen for their future customer. Also, plz read the full statement when you purchase or use every each product or services.
