Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"We purchased a mattress from Sleepy’s on 7/29/2013. At that time we were told there was a complete comfort warranty. NEVER once did the salesperson tell us that we had to purchase box springs from them or it would void the warranty. We are not satisfied at all with this mattress, after only two months it is sagging quite badly on both sides. We have perfectly good support and box springs under this mattress. I called on 9/21/2013 and spoke with sleepys who told me about the warranty being voided but they would sent someone out from a company called “bedcheck” to take a look at it anyway, which they did on 9/25/2013. But at this time I am completely dissatisfied with the service and the product I have received. If this is not resolved we will have no choice but to purchase another mattress somewhere as this one is very faulty somehow in how it was made. This is a large sum of money and I do not feel like we should be paying for something made so inferior. We purchased a mattress thinking it would last at least 10 years not two months. I then received a call from "corporate" who was very rude and informed me that the warranty was indeed void because we had nor purchased their boxspring. Even though the salesperson NEVER explained that. The person from corporate said that was not their problem I should have read the warranty myself. Thank you for any help on this matter, Debra Thompson"
