Claimant says:
"My name is Judy.I live in Soldotna,Alaska. My problem with this hair salon has caused me great stress.From the way and manner in which i have been treated by this establishment has caused me a tremondous amount of stress and aniexty. I have went to this salon for 5 years. So this business has information about how my hair needed to be treated. I made a apt.to get the same services done as allways. The only differance is that the place has changed management and workers. So another beautician was to work on my hair. I told them to look at my files and do exactly what had been done before. Its a process which takes a lot of vitamins and minerals out of the hair folicule,so it needs to be done with someone who knows what they are doing. I stated this and made sure that only the knowledgeable can do a proper job. Not an amuetur. The new owner promised me that this worker could do the job. I trusted her judgment,and was horribly disappointed. THEY HAD FRIED MY HAIR!!!!!! I kept my composure but was very distrauit. I told them my displeasure of what they had done to me was unacceptable. I was getting my hair done so i would look good going on vacation in a hot climate.Which all of us know fried hair in the hot sun would even make this worse. Mortified was the mildest of feelings that i felt. Their solution to my diliema was to come back the nexted day and DO THE SAME PROCUDURE OVER AGAIN!!!! REALLY???????? I told them i knew my hair needed time to get naturally oils and for my hair to be conditioned at least a week or to before this could happen. They told me either i come in the next-ed day or not to come in at all. I refused for them to touch my hair EVER again. THEY STILL BILLED ME FOR RUINING MY HAIR. When i came home and found out they billed me anyway,i couldn't believe it. I really want to take these people to small claims court just so they cant or might think twice about doing this to another women. A women's hair in the business world is very important ,it shows class and style how and women takes care of herself. I AM FLABBERGASTED about such disreguard towards my feelings and pocketbook."
