Claimant says:
"I Tina L Hale-Adams and Island k Adams are tenants of their lease property at 366 Turnberry dr charles town, WV 25414 last year the a/c unit upstairs stop working and we reported to Shultz property management,and it was 5 months before they fix the problem,we had to sleep down stairs,and could not use the upstairs at all because of the heat. Now the a/c unit down stairs has stop working and we reported it to Shultz property management 3 days ago, and again, nothing,we have to turn on the gas stove,and a heater that we have to help keep it warm down stairs. I do not think this is fair,being that we have paid our rent for the last 13 months in the amount of $1600.00 on time every month,and never late,it is just not fair to my wife and I"

  • Today is 02/26/2016 (FRI) and till this date, nothing has been said or done from this property management,this is very unfair as we continue to pay rent on time in the amount of $1600.00 a month,we have been very good tenants and do not deserve to be treated in this manner
