Claimant says:
"I purchased a plan with this company in Dec 2013. I was on the telephone over 45min with the agent. I specifically said I has a tankless water heater. On 2/27/2014, I called repairs for my tankless water heater. That was a sunday. On Monday I called to see if my claim had been assigned to a plumber. I was given the number of the plumber and I called him, no answer, no return call. On Tuesday, I called Select home and asked for the process of the claim. The said they would call the plumber. On Wednesday, I spoke with a supervisor at SHW. he assured me he would try to talk to the plumber and call me . I called later on Wednesday and was told that the original plumber stated the distance to my house was too far. I stated I would cancel my contract if I did not have a plumber at my house today (wed). Later that day, I SHW called me, the agent stated that tankless water heaters were not covered by their company. He offered me $245 to by another one. I decided to cancel my contract and have them return the balance of my money. This is the worst company, I give them a rating of zero."
