Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"We bought their home insurance when we purchased our new home.
We filed a claim for a well pump, we described the issue, we went thru a approval process and they approved the coverage. Because they couldn't find somebody to fix, they told us  we could go ahead and look for a service by our own, pay for the service and get a refund from them. For that, they also put us under approval and they approved us to proceed with this option. They also claimed they will only refund $100.
After all this they now refuses to refund us claiming they don't cover such thing.
There is nothing in the contract saying this isn't covered and there is also nothing about limit of $100 for coverages. In fact the contract is clear that the well pump is COVERED!
If they are not willing to cover the costs, I want all the money we paid for the insurance back.
In addition to that, I had a bad experience with their customer service. I waited in two phone lines, one I was waiting for 1h and another for 2h. In a third phone line we called their sales department and told about our wait issue and guess what, he was able to immediatly alocate somebody.  At the end we passed days without water because of their  slow "two" approval process and issues of not answering the phone. 
Attached is the communication of their employee responsible for the claim approval. As you can see they had approved the whole thing and agreed with the reimburssement."

    I have been lied to even about the cancel fee! I have been dealing with a serious issue with their claim dept. I have not ever received a copy of my policy/ plan... I paid over $6,000. I filed 3 claims. Now that I am not going to get a pool heater covered as repairs were represented to me when I paid my money upfront, I am fed up. I was told today if I cancel I would be prorated, which is fair, but now they are making me pay for those months as well as repay them for 2 plumbing services while I am covered by original payment for the same months they are prorating from my refund that I owe them a cancel fee too. On top of that I was told by Della, a supervisor the cancel fee is $75. but today a different supervisor told me they would deduct 15%! This is totally wrong! I have yet to even see the policy I paid for after many requests!! They need to be investigated and no one should believe the ratings even in Consumer Advocates. Instead decide base decision on what real people are saying. Read my YELP. Don’t trust them. I will post copies of my refund to share how they rip me off once I get the refund. Then you may understand why I now consider this company consider to be a predator. .
