Claimant says:
"1 800-249-3312 I call this number I search online for Facebook number.
The person first answer was Richard Brown, then Bryan Martin Ext 117
I told the I'm having a issue with an individual account and I want it to be deleted.
Bryan Martin explain it would cost $99.00 and if I want to do 2 account I have to pay $200.
They instruct me how to pay them that I need a American Express gift card loaded with $ 200 dollars. I did it and email the front and back of the card to HelpCenter.Facebook@usa.com like they instructed
. After a few days I noticed that the job have not done so I call them they said they have difficulties because the account have been hacked by overseas individuals and in order for them to delete they need additional tool so I have to pay them additional $200 I told them I'm not interested anymore please refund my money.
They said their refund policy state they only can refund $400 they need $200, and they will MoneyGram it back to me
And I did but I begin to see this is a Facebook scam and I wonder how Facebook allows this operation on line? ?"
