"THESE PEOPLE SARAH S LEMMERT,TIMOTHY P MCGOUGH,FRANKLIN & PROKOPIK WORK FOR A COMPANY CALLED MABE WORKERS COMPESATION LOCATED AT SUITE 600 2 NORTH CHARLES STREET BALTIMORE21201
They neglected my wife and attorney for a long time this all started in 11/21/2014 when my wife fell in the school cafeteria hand hurt her left knee went to the hospital and followed up with Dr.Byrnes who gave her a mir and said she needed surgery these people neglected for a long time because they said there was nothing wrong with my wife anyway dr byrnes had to do another Mir and said the same thing in early 2016 February 19th she had another fall this time in a classroom when a child ran behind her to become first in line this time she fell backwards and hit her head,left shoulder and right wrist after all this neglected time they release her from workers compensation so she could have knee surgery on June 20/2016 and had to have shoulder surgery on November 30 2016 workers comp made a buy out plan that took $60000.00 from her she got a small amount and was told she had to leave her job that she loved so much so for all this neglect that workers compensation put her through we are looking for a $200000.00 settlement which is a small amount verses all the pain and suffering she went through november29/2016 was her last days at work she went into a deep depression made 2 physical therapy appointments and got really sick with asthma and bronchitis and was in hospital for 2 weeks. Please help if you can."

  • Mabe workers comp handled 1 kneerepair and 1 shoulder injury since that time Angela had to have a second shoulder surgery and a knee replacement they owe her money for pain and suffering plus physical therapy both times. The neglect and pain and suffering she had to go through caused her to loose her left knee. I hope they will respond
