Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I AM UNHAPPY BECAUSE SANTANDER HAS DISRESPECTED ME AS A HUMAN BEING AND CONSUMER. THE CONSUMER FINANCIAL PROTECTION BUREAU PROTECTS THE COMPANY AND NOT ME (HUMAN BEING).
FIRST AND FOREMOST THE REQUESTED INFORMATION FOR ORIGINAL VALIDATION OF THE DEBT IS ONLY GENARATED COPIES FROM A COMPUTER AND YOUR COMPANY SENT A FRAUDULENT COPY OF A NOTE WITH MY SIGNATURE PLACE ON IT, WOW!!!

Santander has not solved my disputed

1. Affiant usage of the terms I, me, my, our or us refers to Kim Antoinette Brooks TM; and that
2. On or about May 13, 2013, I entered into a transaction, with [SANTANDER CONSUMER USA], identified as LOAN #0483699.
3. A Letter stating from your company (Santander Consumer USA), if I have questions about the account, contact your company (SANTANDER Consumer USA). Sent your Company (Santander Consumer USA) a notarize copy of the letter requesting validation of the debt not verification of debt; there were no breach of contract stated or otherwise. Made payments consecutively every month even without validation of debt
4. Report stolen vehicle to police; file a claim under auto insurance for thief
5. Terms and conditions which “Did not Receive, unable to read it”, review or have legal representation read it to determine whether or not I (Kim A Brooks) wanted to sign, but by the representatives of [SANTANDER CONSUMER USA], that I (Kim A Brooks) would not and did not receive a Refinance loan for $10,347.50, however, payments at $311.61 plus interest at 18.49% annual interest rate, (calculation shows payments between you (Santander Consumer USA and Capital One Auto Finance, the automobile is PAID IN FULL plus over ) Exhibit D
6. There were no title yet charge a title fee until vehicle is paid in full
7. FULL DISCLOSURE (were not told that my signature were actually creating credit)
8. EQUAL CONSIDERATION they (SANTANDER) brought nothing of value to the table and have nothing to lose, also I (Kim A Brooks) also brought negotiable instruments, print name, and signature of name, picture ID, SS #, and cash to transfer to your company (SANTANDER Consumer USA) from Capital One Auto Finance.
9. LAWFUL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (SANTANDER) were actually based on fraud and
10. The signature of both parties (corporations can’t sign because they have no Right or Mind to contract since they are soul-less legal fiction and no third party can sign a contract on their behalf), therefore no breach of contract was made
11. A loan agreement is a contract and so there has to be FULL DISCLOSURE of all the details (which did not happen) and the contract has to be signed by both parties (which the bank can’t do)
