Claimant says:
"I paid Roy Lubit, M.D. $2,000.00, for an evaluation for my sister. Dr. Lubit did the interview in his daughter's bedroom. He demanded the $2,000.00 in advance. During the session his daughter knocked on the door twice. Dr. Lubit allowed his daughter to interrupt the session twice. Dr. Lubit left the session twice, once leaving the door open. His daughter was able to look in the room and see my sister and I. Dr. Lubit violated my sister's right to privacy. Dr. Lubit never completed a written evaluation as stated before he accepted the $2,000.00.
I requested the return of my $2,000.00. Dr. Lubit initially agreed to return my money. I have Dr. Lubit's texts messages confirming he would returned my $2,000.00. I will post his text messages. Dr. Lubit never returned my money. Dr. Lubit never completed a report.
Dr. Lubit is also employed by the police. How many other clients has "ripped off.""
