  • I don't personally recommend anyone orders anything from a retailer based in China unless they're prepared to write off the cost. It's hard to track packages between countries and if you have to return it, the cost is prohibitive and the return tracking is equally tricky.

    I know one young girl who orders regularly from China on the basis that the clothes are dirt cheap so the 2 items in 10 that she has to discard or that don't arrive are no big deal. That's a reasonable basis for shopping - just don't ever order only one thing and calculate a 50% "cost of doing business."

    I see that you are not the only person complaining about not receiving a package from RoseGal.
