Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Defective computer in wheelchair van caused the vehicle to kneel to the right and not return to level position. This cause the bottom of the to strike and object in the roadway thus causing damage to infloor ramp. The
accident was reported on 8/08/10. The service tech did not arrive until later. The defective computer was replaced. Rollx acknowldge the defect but feel the kneeling van could not have caused the underneath collision. My spouse has a terminal illness (MS) and has been without transportation for nearly two months."

    "MR. Bowser hit something with his van and this was unrelated to anything regarding the conversion. However, we are willing to pay for the warranty work on his van even though we feel Rollx is not responsible. We have sent a check off in the amount of roughly $2,300 to cover the repairs.
    Rollx does not agree to the terms of this document or People Claim."
