"an employee of RMI property group e-mailed me several times ,stating that they had a signed contract for my timeshare points. 27,000 points annually, at $1.40 per point for a sale price of $37,800. Istates, If this sale fails through for any reason, you will be refunded 100% of your $2,498. Sincerly PIPER STONE WITH RMI PROPERTY GROUP 1-800-613-4764. 900 pecan st. #300-227- Pfugerville Tx78660. they even gave me a closing date, then called me and said they had a problem with the buyer. After several weeks, I called and they said the sale had fell through. since the inital contract ,Piper Stone no longer works there. I was dealing with Jackie Francis at 1-800-613-4768-ext.100. ON11/30/10 Jackie turned me over to TANNER BENNETT PRESIDENT OF RMI. HE said I did not get a refund.I have all documents, e-mail etc. my e-mail is davidhelen03@charter.net tel.no. 423-329-3063.   • I have been down that road too. It is all fraud. They will tell you anything verbally to get your money.

  • Send a complaint to the State Attorney's Office where you live and a copy to the FTC Complaint. Hopefully you disputed charge with your credit card company for Services NOT Rendered with delayed time of delivery as I have done the same. I was taken for $2137.00.
