Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"INTERNET SERVICE IS REQIURED FO MY PHONE CONNECTION. MY INTERNET PROVIDER IS NOT PROVIDING ME WITH THE SERVICE I AM PAYING FOR. I GET LOTS OF LOST CONNECTIONS WHICH LEAVES MY INTERNET AND PHONE USELESS. AT  AGE 85 I NEED TO BE ABLE TO DAIL 911 24/7. THIS IS NOT BEING PROVIDED. I ASKED TO CANCELLED THERE SERVICE. THEY SAID I WOULD STILL HAVE TO PAY OFF THE REST OF THERE CONTRACT..THEY ARE NOT GIVING ME THE SERVICE THEY OFFER IN THE CONTRACT. THEY ARE BREAKING THE CONTRACT ,NOT ME. I JUST WANT WHAT I PAY FOR. THE WAY THIS SERVICE IS I WOULD NOT HAVE IT IF IT WAS FREE."

  • ON TUESDAY APRIL 11 2017 AT 7:30 PM CDT RISE BROADBAND SHUT OFF MY SERVICE. THIS WAS WITHOUT ANY NOTICE AT ALL. I WAS LEFT WITH NO PHONE SERVICE AND AT THE AGE OF 85 ,MY LIFE WAS IN DANGER WITH NO 911. ABOUT 1/2 HOUR AGO GOT BACK ON LINE WITH PHONE SERVICE WITH A NEW PROVIDER. THIS WAS A VERY BAD ACTION ON THERE PART.

  • when at my son's on wed. April 12/2017 I PLACED A CALL TO RISE BROADBAND AND WAS INFOROMED THAT I DID NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM. MY SON AND HIS WIFE HEAR WHAT I WAS SAYING ANDARE WITNESS TO THIS. SINCE I DIDN'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH THEM I DIDN'T HAVE THERE SERVICE. I NOW HAVE A NEW PROVIDER AND PHONE. I CALLED RISE AND THEY SAID THAT THEY DID NOT SHUT OFF MY SERVICE AN WOULD BE CHARGED FOR EARLY DISCONNECT. IF MY SERVICE WITH THEM WAS OFF FROM 4/11 AND STILL OFF THIS DAY. WHY DID THEY NOT KNOW I WAS OFF LINE. IT'S THERE JOB TO PROVIDE ON GOING SERVICE. THIS IS ANOTHER REASON THAT THEY ARE A POOR BUSINESS.....
