Claimant says:
"I had service contract with American Home Shield which provided appliance repair for $75 service call by local contractor. I called for service which AHS provided Richard's Appliance Repair who came and said they fixed the problem and I paid the $75 invoice.
this was approximately May 2016.
Subsequently on August 5, 2016 the same problem occurred with flooding of my carpet.
I called restoration service to come to save my carpet. Upon arrival, the tech indicated to me the problem occurred because the washer hose was not properly clamped the wall, so that it dislodged and resulting in flooding.
I told him that this previously occurred and I had appliance repair to fix the problem.
He said hose was not clamped to wall so that vibration of washer sprung it loose.
He said if this happened before, the hose should have been clamped as he just did for me.
Richard tech failed to clamp hose to wall resulting in dislodging and cost to me for restoration services."
