"Took a check dated 9/13/2012 jobs start date was 9/21/2012 states rt on contact 1000.00 to be at start of job he went straight from my house to the bank cashed my check I call him he states im going to the bank i said no you didnt i would have taken the check back so now i had to borrow $1200.00 to cover my checks and im currently suing him for 2010.00 for what it costs me for him cashing my check court case # 12 sc 3037 amador county
