"I would have to agree with the claimant. For an attorney to fail to pay FIVE quite small invoices is indefensible. If I were looking for an attorney, I certainly wouldn't choose one that either couldn't or wouldn't pay its bills. I really do not have a suggestion to make, because it's so obvious that Richard Sheppard should pay his bills, but of course you can always take him to small claims court and add those costs to your case."
