Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"On March 28 2013,I placed an order for my restaurant (10 chairs and 3 tables).
We were told delivery was going to take a week.
After many phone calls and emails, delivery was received on May 23 (8 weeks later) and because of damaged merchandise (4 chairs - 1 table) we wanted to refuse it. We called "Rest. Furniture Supply" and they told us to sign and take the delivery , because they had to send another truck to pick up. We did what they said.
We had to call them weeks later to find out, they were no longer willing to send a truck and refund us. We insisted , more calls , more emails, more arguing, we were promised a replacement of 4 damaged chairs .
As of today February 3 2014, we have no refund and no replacement, only lies and lies and lies. Every time we contact them , we get a different person to talk to and we have to repeat and explain the all story to everyone.
I am not writing other detail, to make it simple, but if this Company treat other costumers this way , certainly does not deserve to be in business any longer.

    "The customer notified our company of 4 damaged chairs after delivery but chose to accept them and keep them.

    After pictures were sent, our company supplied the customer with replacements twice but that still did not satisfy the customer.

    If the customer is unhappy with the merchandise, he can return it and upon receipt, our company will issue a refund accordingly.
    "
