Claimant says:
"To start off we where going to sell our Timeshares. We sent them 3 checks totally $4,785.00. We changed our minds before we sent in any final paper work to them. We received and signed a paper releaseing us from the agreement. This all took place back in Feb. of 2015. The said that it would be 45-60 days before we would get our money back. As of today we still have not received our money back. I have made several phone calls and keep getting answers such as: Computers down, Owners in meeting, etc. I am very mad, and up set with this whole thing. I feel that I am being ripped off and getting the run around."
