    To Whom It May Concern,
    Resorts Nationwide, Inc. is a marketing and advertising company for independent timeshare owners who are interested in renting and selling their vacation ownership. Our agreement with Ms. Myers was to advertise her timeshare for rent and sale. Their advertisement was placed on our website on April 05, 2010 and we have continued to advertise her timeshare for her.
    The cardholder signed up for our advertising services on April 5, 2010 for a six month period, which is renewable in six month increments upon their request. As stated on the contract that he signed, Resorts Nationwide, Inc. is not a real estate agent or broker and we are not affiliated with his resort. Our services involve the marketing and advertising of the timeshare and Owner(s) have full discretion and decisions as to the acceptance or denial of any inquiries pertaining to Owner(s) timeshare. Our job was to market and advertise and we have fulfilled our obligation per our contract.
    Resorts Nationwide, Inc. will continue to market and advertise Ms. Myers timeshare in an effort to help her rent her timeshare as per the agreement. If Ms. Myers would like to make any changes to her advertisement she may do so by contacting our customer service department at 1-800-790-1228.
