Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"I entered in to a Service Agreement January 22, 2015 with resort Relief to facilitate the cancellation of my Timeshare Agreement with Silverleaf Resort. I paid $3495.00 for this service. In my service agreement it states if client does not receive a bona fide offer to cancel or otherwise terminate the Timeshare Agreement, Resort relief will refund 100% of the fee paid to Resort Relief by client."

  • The statement Kevin about moving all Castle clients to new attorney by the end of May is another rip off. I talked to Kevin today 5/14/18 and his offer was for me to pay another law firm $750 to cancel my time share. He told me about all the money he collected and made but he can not ACCOUNTABLE for his agreement that states THE FOLLOWING: If client does not receive a bona fide offer to cancel or otherwise terminate the timeshare Agreement, RESORT Relief will refund 100% the Fee paid to Resort relief by client. I did not select Castle to represent me: I paid Resort Relief not Castle.

  • I talked to Kevin today and his moving Castle clients to new attorney by end of May is for today he told gave name of another attorney firm that would cancel my timeshare for $750. I told him I paid resort relief $3495 to cancel my time share and I am unwilling to pay another firm for what i paid Resort Relief to do.
