  • The Realtor mentioned has broken Article 12 of the Code of Ethics of the National Board of Realtors. They advertised a property that they told us was not going back on the market. This was after they had us not extend the contract on that property. This may be fraudulent in my opinion and should be investigated. Check Realty Works website as of 5/4/16

  • May 16, 2016, Realty Works, LLC (responding party) added:

  • Realty Works, llc is NOT the listing agent for the property Thomas Johnson desires to purchase. Mr. Johnson does not understand how real estate websites work and that Realty Works's website pulls from 3 active multiple listing services. The information regarding this property was directly imputed by the listing/Seller's Realtor's company (which is NOT Realty Works, llc). Realty Works, llc was in constant communication with the legal Buyer during negotiations and while the property was under contract. I am sorry Mr. Johnson is upset but this transaction did not close, NOT due to lack of communication, but rather the Seller was not able to transfer the property with clear title. Realty Works, llc protected the rights of the legal Buyer and assured that she received her earnest money back upon knowledge that the Seller was unable to close on this transaction. Realty Works, llc in NO way violated Article 12 of the Code of Ethics as they did not and have never represented the Seller or advertised on behalf of the Seller. If you were to go to any real estate company's website that pulls from the multiple listing systems, you will see the same house advertised. As of 5/16/2016 the property is still for sale in the multiple listing system by the Seller's agent NOT by Realty Works, llc.

  • Your agreed that you pull from 3 websites. Don't you monitor what is listed on your site?Are you saying that whoever in your office pulls these doesn't check them?I would think that somebody would.. I will ask one more time to be released from the contract with your office. If you cannot please let me know so that I can pursue other options.

  • Mr. Johnson has never had a purchase contract with our office. The contract his wife had was released and she signed it and accepted her trust money back in full from her title company. Again this is slander and bogus and will be pursued as such.
