"Robert Smith was scheduled to replace my roof with titenium synthetic roofing under shingers, clean up debris, replace all vent pipe covers and reflash all three chimmneys on the house and replace new shingles on garage. Shingles are guaranteed for life and life time guarantee on workmanship. The contract was signed on May 9, 2015. As of today, January 25, 2017, the job has not been completed. I have contacted Mr. Smith several times (About 40) and as of yet he still keeps putting me off stating "I will be there next week" or " its been raining too much" All kinds of excuses. I would not recommend this man to anyone., My wife and I are seniors. I am 67 years old and I feel he took advantage of seniors. I paid him in full, over $16,000 . my name is arthur grinnell. If you desire to talk with me, my number is 724 376 4118 . Had leaks around chimmney and damaged clothing,, etc"
