Claimant says:
"On June 23, 2017, I wrote a check to Raymond Andy Marek for $300.00 to purchase materials to reremove and replace shingles in two valleys of my roof that had a leak. after he kept putting me off, I found another contractor to do the job.  I tried calling Mr. Marek but he refuse to answer his phone or return my calls.  I called him one day from my home phone and he answered the phone on the third ring.  I have texted him asking for my $300.00 to be returned since he was to busy to do the job.  He texted me back and said "he would return the material and call me to get my refund.  I have not heard from him since.  Today is August 18, 2017."
