Claimant says:
"We had a lease from april14,2007 to april14,2010,paid all our payments 36months.Schomp bought are lease and car on March28,2010,this was done without our consent.We found out from another dealer that we had a car we did not own or lease.We called the dealer but no responce.I found this out on april 1.We live 4hours from the dealer,I returned the car to the dealer on the april 11th 3days before my lease was up,so I thought.The finance company called.they wanted to know if the car was at schomp.I asked for a end of term charges,they sent me a hard copy saying their were no charges.I was told that if the car was bought their would not be charges for excess mileage.Then on July 24,2010 I received a bill for excess mileage for $6173.38."
