Claimant says:
"My name is Shuwanna Whittington I have been a tenant at Reed Parque Townhomes which is owned by Radney Management and Investments. I recieved my housing vochure on Feb. 8 of 2011. I had my unit size changed to stay at Reed Parque Townhomes on April 14th of 2011. I turned in PHA packet on April 14th 2011 to Reed Parque management to be turned in to coporate office at Radney management. My packet needed to be turned in on May 10, 2011. I was informed by housing authority my packet was turned in on May 20th by mail. Mrs. Tammy Bonner handled this matter and did not follow proper procedure. My packet should have been hand delivered by her and she should have recieved a receipt. Being that this wasn't done properly I no longer have my housing. I have spoken with the vice president Mr. Tilley at housing authority and was told by him packet was turned in late on May 20th. I have recieved no resolution from this matter. I asked Radney management to lower my rent and i was denied. Please help!"
