"Hi
I purchased face cream & eye cream on line the face cream was a trail size1/2 oz. pay just for shipping $4.95 and the eye cream was $5.99 w/ no committement was stated, paid w/ my credit card on10/13/16 , next month statement i saw the items pd. for and also recieved the items.
next month statement11/11/16 I recieved a bill one item was $94.95 face cream eye cream $89.95 I called Radient Skin Customer Service at 888-528-0292 they told me after 14 days they send me the original price for the product i recieved i did not agree to that it was a trail size and if i liked the product i could order it , its mis representing the customer and im paying $184.90 for 2- 1/2 0z product its a ripoff,I called my credit card company and they said they got
numorous complaints and there's nothing they can do about it I have to pay the bill I also cancelled future orders they were going to send me, I know i can't get my money back but i want you to investigate this company to stop ripping people off & misrepresenting the consumer

Thank you for mediating this consumer complaint from our customer, Case Number: 3594964-233992.Our company strives to make sure that our customers are 100% satisfied, so we take consumer complaints very seriously. Before customers commit to our 14 day free trial, our customers have to affirm and acknowledge the terms & conditions for our autoship program by marking the T&C check-boxes.


According to our records, customer ordered our products (the Radiant serum and the
Luscious Youth) on a 14 day trial basis back on 10/13/2016 and paid the shipping and handling fees of $4.95 and $5.99. The trial expired on 10/27/2016 and due to the fact that our customer did not contact us to cancel their trial they were subsequently charged for the original shipments on 10/27/2016 $94.94 for the Radiant serum and $89.95 for the Luscious Youth.Due to no cancellation the autoship program took effect.

Customer contacted our Customer Service on 11/22/2016 and requested for the subscription to be cancelled, which we did .However we feel for our customer’s concerns and do apologize for the inconvenience, thus we will be providing a full refunds for the charges on 10/27/2016 for Radiant serum in the amount of $94.94 for any misunderstanding when placing the order. We will also be issuing a refund for the Luscious Youth in the amount of $89.95.Here are the refund confirmations:

  • What about the other people they have done this to? The same has happened to me. When I call they told me it was already canceled. Yet here we are mo nah 4 and another package another bill. Ill send this one back also. Call then again be told the samecthing it was canceled months ago. But they will not refund my money for anything they will say they don't understand why and next month it will happen again. Why hasn't any state or federal agency done anything??? So I will Washington D. C. again add to my complaint just to do it again next month. All I would like is my money back also... What is so hard about that??
