Alice W. says: I ordered one free trial of Radiant Revive for shipping cost of $4.95. As I was checking out, another screen pops up asking you to make another purchase, but there is nowhere to clear no and you can't bypass it. I get charged for two items. I email them two minutes later to cancel the second product, before any shipping occurs. All I got was email tag. They charge me the shipping fees on 3/19/18 and then charged me the full $88.95 and $89.95 on 4/2/18 and 4/3/18. I called to complain and they tried to offer me a 30% discount. I told the truth that I am suing in small claims court and hung up. He called me back and then they offered a 50% discount and I said okay. He stated that I could only get the 50% discount if I didn't sue. I told him no and hung up again. He called again and offered 75% discount, but didn't mention anything about "if I didn't sue". I told him okay, but I'm still going to sue for the remaining 25% and legal fees. I want my full 100% refund and they can avoid the legal fees. And honestly, the product is mostly water and cetyl alcohol, which is very drying to the skin.
