Claimant says:
"Several years ago QFC started a program that if you signed up with name address and phone number a person would get the very best price on all of their products. I signed up and I have been getting the reduced price on their products. Therefor since they have been honoring the statement for several years this would constitute a "contract" between QFC and my self.

What they didn`t tell me or disclose to me that they could make me increase the amount of products i would have to buy in order to get the best price "ie" I would have to buy two containers of strawberrys or crabs to get one free, which would mean I have to take home extra products instead of getting the sale price on just one item.

Since this was not disclosed at the time of offering to the public the "best price offering program" contract and since I have been getting the best price on individual products per the contract by QFC forcing me to increase the amount of goods that i buy THIS WOULD CONSTITUTE A BREACH OF CONTRACT which i believe would be in violation of RCW`s and or WAC`s and some consumer protection laws."
