"My husband ordered a free bottle of Vigor Excell and They charged us for a free bottle of Pure Prostablend also. There was nothing said about getting it every month. I received 2 more bottles (1 of each) a few days or a week ago. I marked it Please cancel and return to sender. When I finally found out what credit card they charged this on there was a phone #. (# is 844-401-2917)  I called them and the gentleman was really rude with me. I told him that it was sent back. I wanted a refund because it did not work like was stated. I was charged $57.93.  He told me very rudely that I was not getting a refund because I did not cancel it properly. I told him I was calling the BBB and he said well just go ahead but you still are not getting a refund. Is there anything you can do about this?"
