Claimant says:
"My Security Company The Guardian, is partnered with Protection Source. On February 9th, I had an appointment for a tech to come to my house and bring me a new hand held device for my alarm system and to activate it. The tech showed up in a white Prius (no mention of any company), no ID and nothing of the company on his clothing. My keypad for my alarm is in my bedroom, so were my $5000.00 diamond earrings. On my dresser next to my keypad. About 3 hours after he left, for some reason I went looking for my earrings, well they were gone. I tore my entire bedroom apart. Nothing. I called Guardian, they apologized, but did pretty much nothing. I also called the Police and filed a report. I went on to call Guardian every single day for a week. After that week I was referred to Protection Source. After contacting them several times, I was transferred to the Operating Manager, a Sandra Noice, being pretty upset at this point after probably 2 weeks of no answers and nothing but placation, I got to speak to a rude and nasty person, who in not so many words made it obvious, that I was making this up, since her tech DID not take my property. Basically their clients have no rights, and the techs that work for them can take anything they want and not even get a slap on the wrist. After 4 weeks of nothing, I called the company and ask them to at least let me out of my contract, since after what happened I no longer felt safe. I was told NO, or sure, but you have to pay the remainder of the contract which comes out to close to $3000.00. ARE YOU KIDDING!"
