Claimant says:
"I made over 8 phone calls which were never answered due to full message center. 4 Calls I left messages to call me immediately and never received a call. Sent several emails as to status of the service and received replies of "this was put into service" twice. It was never served and both are busniness that are open M-F 8-6. The last email was to find out what was going on since I had already had a court date where I told the judge that I hired a server. He thought I was lying so I showed him the emails. He gave me 3 more weeks but nothing happened and I sent emails and made phone calls. A few days before the judge said he was going to fine us I received an email saying "we have canceled your service we don't take threats". I never threatened just stated the facts that have occured. I had to hire an emergency server to serve in 3 days."

  • 01-25-2011 — emailed-received reply back saying "this was put into service"
  • 02-02-2011 — emailed- that I have called and emailed serval times and I had named them in the proof of service hearing as the business I hired.
  • 02-09-2011 — received an email saying the" service was canceled and they don't take threats of any kind"
  • 02-10-2011 — reply that I was stating a fact not threatening.
  • 02-11-2011 — received name of server for emergency service and called
  • 02-13-2011 — server called
  • 02-14-2011 — server picked up documents
  • 02-16-2011 — server serviced and dropped of docments to me by 12 which I filed
  • 02-17-2011 — court date
  • 01-26-2011 — court date "proof of service"
