Claimant says:
"I pay  close to $2000 monthly, our apartment water valve gets turned off on a regular basis now without notice. Just recently water was turned off for mre than 12 hours. It was really an INCONVENIENCE. I requested credit back  from the corporate office but they just want the rent and not compensate. It's Tides on Charleston run by PMG Corporate office.
I put up a petition for signatures of neighboring apartment tenants, but someone took the petition down.

They keep having water shut offs with out enough prenotice.
Water shut off recently March 2023 severeal times. March 28 to 29th 2023 for over 12 hours without credit accomodation for the inconvenience.
Person in charge is Jodie Blakely, Property Manager for PMG Management of Tides on Charleston apt complexes on Torrey Pines drive. Jodie Blakely threaten to evict if full rental fees is deducted for water valve being shut off over 12 hours.
