Claimant says:
"I had a litter of AKC (yorkie)puppies Phyliss Gooding proposed a contract that she get a female puppy pick of my litter. and when she The female Rylee comes into heat the second heat cycle, we breed her with my unrelated male, and I whelp and keep all puppies & the money for the sale of the puppies. She reniged on 2nd heat, when I mentioned breeding her she said I don't want to breed her yet! Now we are going into 3rd heat, she just picked a fight and ended our friendship over something trivial. I think she just didnt want to fufill our agreement. I told her we will have to figure something out regarding this issue re: Rylee and she told me to fu__k off. Rylee is registered in my name. I didn't give her the papers for this reason. I am the owner of the dam and the sire and I have the papers and she has no receipt? I have gone and given Rylee all her shots except one maybe."

  • she is intentionally ignoring it. I have contacted an attorney however u may add in the title claimant is contacting an attorney please send it to her email daily she will eventually get sick of seeing it HOPEFULLY
