"I, Laura Lard, am a home owner that rented my house with option to buy to pete galgano. They lived in my house for two years. When they moved in I had brand new carpet put in my finished basement. The work was done and the purchase was all from Lowes. when I finally got them to move out from never paying rent on time and ruining my credit I moved back in my home 6-12-13. two garage door openers gone, only one key for the whole house, door jambs broken, but worst of all no carpet in my basement. It was beautiful, brand new and expensive. They replaced it with some cardboard floor. It is coming up. I want them to replace my carpet. thank you. Laura Laird"
