Claimant says:
"I have complained about the noisy neighbor for more than a year but the manager refused to solve the problem. Due to my critical situation I was not able to move out and the manager knew that. Therefore she did not do anything. I have got anxiety and high blood pressure due to sleep disorder caused by the neighbor. One month before moving out I have complained that my sleep disorder is getting worse because the neighbor kids playing at 1 am! The manager said you are leaving soon and did not do anything!
When I moved out the staff refused to inspect my apartment and said they do not charge the tenants for cleaning at all! After one month I received my security deposit but the manager hold $250 of my deposit for cleaning!
I have live there for more than 2.5 years and they didn’t even clean the carpet! My apartment was completely clean and I spend one day to clean it.
The manager unethical and unprofessional act caused me health problem due to her disrespectful behavior."
