Claimant says:
"You and your company have tried to take advantage of me, and have not been to my premises to date to to finish the job. You have abandoned the work site.You have asked for addtional monies to fix issues that were already included in the contract.There had been problems in the begining .You stated you were over budget on paint you purchased. I said that you knew what the budget was and you brought the materials and wanted me to pay for your mistake. I know nothing of a budget only agreed to pay the amount in the so calle E-mail contract and stated I had no more money for anything else from the begining. The work is poor, no communication, lack of trust and honesty! You have refused to discuss this, refuse to correct the problems.These are on going issues. You directed me to speak to your assist.manager which he states he is going to fix the problems and nothing happens. I've tried to resolve these ongoing issues with you and you have left my house a wreck! You stated the job would only take about 18 days well ...has been more like 60 days. I spoke to you and asked what were you going to do about my home and asked you where you going to leave it without making any more repairs. You blamed me for stopping the job! I have paid you up to date and refused to pay you any more additional money. You did not start on some parts of the house that you wanted more money for and I asked you not to do it if you needed additional money that I did not have. You have tried to nail me to my own walls.You have not been a professional thru all of this. I am very dissatisfied with your work ethics."
