Statement of Claim
Claimant says:
"Paradise was suppose to help me get a dependable safe vehicle. The vehicle they picked for me wasn't strictly inspected like they guarantee, they jury rigged the blower for the ac/heat which kept quitting on me also it had major other issues which after begging to have them fix the whole front end they only fixed what they thought would shut me up, I continue to have mechanical issues with this vehicle. The last time after begging more and more for them to do something about the issues I asked if they would take the vehicle back, let me get something safer as well in better condition they blew me off as usual. They claimed they fixed $1300 worth of stuff but the problems are still there in the front end. I went to them over, over begging for them to take it back I went to the sales manager, the financing manager asking if it was possible for them to take it back, return all money I put in or let me pick something else in better condition.. The finance company said they couldn't do anything, the salesmen said he thought I had buyers remorse. I loved the vehicle til the ugly problems went horribly wrong an it became a safety issue.. On 6/12/14 I put 1700 on this vehicle before they would fix the blower, it had to set on there lot due to waiting for insurance to start, I finally got to pick it up 6/20/14 I had it long enough to take it back for it to set at the service department from 6/24/14 - 7/7/14 first issue not fixed. They ended up with the vehicle a few times but again they say they put new parts and fixed the issues, after every time I got it back I took it to have it looked over, each time not fixed properly told to me by a trusted shop. Last draw after going to them time after time I asked them take the vehicle back for the 2008 Dodge Avenger, I asked if they would let me pick that one and transfer all money vehicle from the vehicle I have to the replacement vehicle..However if they do allow me that I want to have it inspected before hand to make sure nothing was done to it. I also would like the 24mo./ 24,000 mile warranty I went for to be new as if I am just getting this vehicle for the first time.. I think that's fair due to all the major stress, Hassel, headaches I went threw ."
