  • I'm not following this one. I have these questions - you need to explain the issues and support your claims a bit more.

    1) Car towed. Are there notices about not parking prominently displayed in or near the spot where you got towed? If not, you should add photos.

    2) Unfulfilled promises: Was it either in the lease or a verbal promise that Pangea would install a washer/dryer hook up, and they didn't?

    3) Violation of privacy - that's a real no-no. There are very clear laws about the notice that has to be given if the landlord or his rep is going to enter the premises, unles it's an emergency. Do you have details of failure to give notice?

    4) Did the mold come back through the paint? Why couldn't you get the floors clean?

    5) What were the unfair charges? Why did you have to take time off work?

    6) It sounds like you're asking for ALL your rent to be refunded. Why?

    I think you're probably asking for way too much but I can't really tell until you add more details.
